March 2025 Monthly Meeting Notes
March meeting news:
OCIPMS President, David Frederick lead off the meeting with a discussion on current club news, an OrangeCon update and upcoming modeling events. (see the event calendar tab on the website for more information)
Following David’s introduction, Club member Mr. Hernandez discussed a diecast truck model he is working on followed by contest voting.
After voting, club member Jeff Hunter did a presentation on gloss coating for airline models. the presentation was very detailed with club members asking lots of questions and showing a lot of interest.
The theme for March was Helicopters, any scale and type, the contest tables were a little light this month, but most of the kits were helicopters.
